Shipping Policy

We want to get your Invictus Gloves to you as quickly as possible. That’s why we work with trusted delivery partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, Purolator and other premium carriers depending on your location.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Quebec & Ontario: 3–5 business days
Canada & United States: 5–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Please note that Mexico is included in our Rest of the World shipping zone.

Delivery timelines are estimates and exclude weekends, holidays, customs delays and carrier-related delays. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Please also note that our team is closed during Canadian holidays.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Invictus is no longer responsible for delays, missed delivery attempts, lost or stolen packages, or any issue caused during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their tracking information and contact the carrier directly if any delivery issue occurs. However, our team will always do our best to support you whenever possible.

Shipping to a PO box

Shippers sometimes have problems delivering packages to a PO box. Try to avoid selecting a PO box as a delivery address.

International shipping & customs fees

We are proud to be able to deliver you Invictus Gloves anywhere around the world. Certain countries may be subject to customs charges. It is the buyer responsibility to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Return policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Invictus Gloves products as we are.

Invictus items

You may return off-the-shelf Invictus branded items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement if you receive the wrong item or a defective item. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective item, etc.). Returned items must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains or tears. Please note that if the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse return processing. If the return results from your error (e.g., you ordered the wrong product, the wrong size, etc.), we can exchange your item for a product of the same value, but you will pay for the freight to return the product. As a matter of course, we do not accept refunds. 

Custom items

If you purchase customized gloves using our gloves creator, but you receive the wrong item or a defective item, you can ask for a replacement within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. You will not have to return the defective or incorrect customized glove. However, if the issue results from your error (e.g., you ordered the wrong product, the wrong size, you uploaded the wrong picture in the gloves creator, etc.), no return, replacement or refund will be accepted. As a matter of course, we do not accept refunds.
